Data Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform reference data entry and mapping for Private Credit, Leveraged Loan, and High Yield Bond instruments and issuers
• Source data from financial and legal documents, proprietary news, press releases, and client data submissions
• Maintain high data quality standards through reviews, queries, and audits to identify inconsistencies
• Perform data cleanup tasks and support continuous process improvement and data integration efforts
• Support the regular flow of market analytics content
• Maintain regular communication with internal and external partners and contacts

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer information systems, business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience maintaining financial data
• Proficiency in Excel
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English
• Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills
• Ability to align with US and European work schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL
• Experience with Sigma or PowerBI
