Data Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain data workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and availability
• Monitor data pipelines and identify/resolve data discrepancies
• Prepare operational data extracts to support business reporting and analysis
• Collaborate with Product and Analytics teams on automation and process improvement initiatives
• Support operational reporting to enhance business efficiency and reporting quality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 1+ year of experience in data operations, reporting, or analytics support
• Good understanding of SQL and data management principles
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to resolve data inconsistencies
• Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with automation tools or reporting platforms
