Data Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve PIM-related tickets and requests, ensuring timely completion and adherence to operational procedures
• Perform routine data validations and identify inconsistencies to protect data accuracy
• Track and follow up on daily transactional activities to ensure completion within agreed timelines
• Execute standardized data maintenance activities across PIM and related systems in compliance with data governance standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and transactional processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience supporting transactional or operational activities within data management or business systems environments
• Hands-on experience with data management systems, ticketing tools, or operational support platforms
• Ability to execute repetitive, high-volume transactional activities with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience following defined processes, procedures, and data standards in a structured operational environment
• Fluency in English
• SAP knowledge or experience is a plus
