Data Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze feature performance by tracking key metrics and user behavior
• Summarize insights to communicate data collection performance
• Gather and analyze user feedback to inform the product roadmap
• Organize, train, and problem-solve for Instawork Pros performing data collection
• Collaborate with robotics leadership, data ops, QA, and engineering teams

Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of work experience
• Proficiency in spreadsheet-based data analysis
• Willingness to learn SQL and other data tools
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a business or technical field
• Experience with large-scale data collection operations
• Experience in robotics or physical AI
• Experience at an early-stage or mid-stage startup
• Experience working directly with external partners or customers
