Data Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
• Write SQL queries to surface productivity metrics, error patterns, and operational insights
• Build and maintain internal tools using Retool connected to PostgreSQL databases
• Design and implement workflow automation solutions to reduce turnaround times
• Validate and audit data quality across multiple sources to maintain data integrity
• Partner with India Operations leadership to translate business needs into scalable tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or Data Operations
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
• Experience building internal tools using Retool or similar low-code platforms
• Experience with reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
