About the Company

Commure is building the AI Operating System for healthcare, providing a platform that spans the full care journey, including Ambient AI, intelligent Agents, and autonomous RCM processing. The company supports over 500,000 clinicians and handles billions in annual claims.

Responsibilities

• Run daily deck automations to generate reports
• Own direct connect decks end-to-end, ensuring 100% QA and escalating concerning metrics
• Create custom and strategic QBR decks with tailored slides and SQL/Excel analysis
• Support ad hoc client requests through SQL and Excel-based analysis and Retool dashboards
• Validate revenue transaction reports from EHR systems and reconcile discrepancies
• Develop and execute test plans for data ingestion and document QA results
• Apply quantitative reasoning to ensure numerical accuracy and data integrity
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to streamline QA processes and workflows
• Maintain records of QA activities and ensure HIPAA compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, quality assurance, or technical reporting
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
• Strong quantitative reasoning and ability to identify metric inconsistencies
• High attention to detail for error detection
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration
• Willingness to work India Night Shifts (US Day shift - EST to PST)

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle and financial reporting
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
