Data Operation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Run daily deck automations to generate reports
• Own direct connect decks end-to-end including QA and metric escalation
• Create custom and strategic QBR decks with tailored insights and SQL/Excel analysis
• Support client ad hoc requests via SQL, Excel, and Retool dashboards
• Validate revenue transaction reports from EHR systems and reconcile discrepancies
• Develop and execute test plans for data ingestion and document QA results
• Apply quantitative reasoning to ensure numerical accuracy and data integrity
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to streamline QA processes and workflows
• Maintain records of QA activities and ensure HIPAA compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Healthcare Informatics
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, QA, or technical reporting
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
• Strong quantitative reasoning and attention to detail
• Ability to work India Night Shifts (US Day shift - EST to PST)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle or financial reporting
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
