Responsibilities

• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to optimize gameplay, UX, and monetization
• Develop and maintain player segmentation tools and personalized engagement strategies
• Track and evaluate core KPIs including DAU, retention, ARPU, and LTV via dashboards
• Act as a data partner for Product, Growth, and Marketing teams to shape roadmaps
• Manage multiple priorities with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in data analysis, gaming, e-commerce, or digital products
• Advanced SQL skills
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies
• Familiarity with monetization models, player segmentation, and in-game economy
• Skills in predictive analytics and modeling
• Ability to distinguish correlation from causation and manage data biases
• Passion for mobile puzzle games

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python or R
