Data Migration Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enterprise data migration initiatives within telecom BSS/OSS environments
• Define migration strategies and design scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Databricks and ADF
• Implement modern lakehouse architectures using Delta Lake and Medallion Architecture
• Ensure accurate data mapping, transformation, and source-to-target design across complex systems
• Enforce strong data validation, reconciliation, and quality frameworks to maintain data integrity
• Lead cross-functional technical teams and manage delivery timelines
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Requirements

• Strong experience in large-scale data migration and integration, preferably in telecom
• Deep understanding of Telecom BSS/OSS systems and Amdocs data models (Customer, Account, Subscription, Product Catalogue)
• Hands-on expertise in Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, and Medallion Architecture
• Proficiency with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for orchestrating data pipelines
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and validation
• Experience with data profiling, cleansing, and reconciliation techniques
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex project deliveries
