Data Migration Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enterprise data migration initiatives within telecom BSS/OSS environments
• Define migration strategies and design scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory
• Implement modern lakehouse architectures using Delta Lake and Medallion Architecture
• Ensure accurate data mapping, transformation, and source-to-target design across complex systems
• Enforce strong data validation, reconciliation, and quality frameworks to maintain data integrity
• Lead cross-functional technical teams and manage delivery timelines
• Manage stakeholder relationships and translate business requirements into technical solutions

Requirements

• Extensive experience in data migration and integration, specifically within the telecom sector
• Deep understanding of Telecom BSS/OSS systems and Amdocs data models (Customer, Account, Subscription, Product Catalogue)
• Hands-on expertise with Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, and Medallion Architecture
• Proven experience using Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data pipeline orchestration
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction, transformation, and validation
• Strong skills in data profiling, cleansing, and reconciliation techniques
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage large-scale migration programs
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
