Data Migration Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assess client requirements and develop migration strategies
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of the migration process
• Integrate migrated data into existing data warehouses for BI and analytics
• Execute ETL (extraction, transformation, and loading) processes
• Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders on data mapping and business rules
• Monitor and troubleshoot migration processes
• Provide client support during the transition period

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Data Migration Specialist
• Strong understanding of migration strategies and tools
• Experience with ETL tools and data integration platforms
• Proficiency in Informatica Cloud and SQL
• Experience working with government agencies, ideally in Saudi Arabia
• Expertise in data cleansing and validation methods
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
