Data Migration Specialist CRM

Responsibilities

• Export 15 years of Siebel Legacy CRM data, including file attachments, ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Analyze Siebel database schema and data models to plan efficient extraction processes
• Develop and implement RESTful API solutions for ingesting extracted data into ServiceNow CSM
• Ensure data mapping, transformation, and cleansing meet quality standards
• Collaborate with ServiceNow platform teams to define and validate data ingestion specifications
• Conduct test migrations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance
• Document migration processes, data structures, and API configurations
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards
• Provide technical support during cutover and post-migration phases

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience with Siebel CRM data extraction and migration projects
• Strong expertise in RESTful API development, integration, and consumption
• Experience with ServiceNow CSM data structures and ingestion processes
• Proficiency in SQL and database query optimization for large datasets
• Strong understanding of ETL processes, data mapping, and transformation
• Experience working with large-scale data sets including file attachments
• Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience migrating from Siebel to ServiceNow
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell for automation
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or related certification
• Experience with cloud-based integration and deployment strategies
