Data Migration Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple data migration projects from non-SAP/SAP ERP systems to SAP ERP systems
• Drive data migration planning, including mock runs, dry runs, and cutovers
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of developers to achieve continuous improvements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT functional teams to drive daily activities
• Manage Python-related activities and support the team in tool and platform optimization
• Ensure high-quality execution of all data migration processes

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data migration from one ERP system to another, with SAP as the target
• Proficiency in ETL tools including Python, Excel, and SAP HANA
• Strong technical understanding of SAP data models for Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Services modules
• Knowledge of SQL, ABAP, and object-oriented frameworks
• Familiarity with RDBMS and SAP HANA databases
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with S/4HANA LTMOM
• Proficiency with GitHub libraries such as Pandas
• Functional domain knowledge in ERP modules
