Data Migration Consultant

Responsibilities

• Execute migration operations according to established schedules and procedures
• Use dedicated tools such as SPMT, ShareGate, Migration Manager, and PowerShell scripts
• Prepare source and target environments including rights, paths, and prerequisites
• Participate in pre- and post-migration validation tests
• Verify data completeness including volume, hierarchy, and permissions
• Identify and report detected anomalies and propose corrective actions
• Produce progress reports, migration logs, and success rates
• Document incidents, technical follow-ups, and update procedures/checklists

Requirements

• Degree (Bac+2 or Bac+3) in IT, Systems and Networks, or Cloud
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams)
• Knowledge of Windows File Servers (NTFS, shares)
• Experience with migration tools: SPMT, ShareGate, or Migration Manager
• Basic knowledge of SQL and PowerShell
• Good level of English
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
