Data Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the school’s data and complex timetabling across all IB programmes
• Oversee student data management, ensuring accuracy and integrity within iSAMS
• Coordinate examinations and manage reporting processes for parents and senior leaders
• Arrange daily and long-term staff cover for teacher absences
• Manage school systems, including rooming, co-curricular activities, and staff cover
• Deliver data insights to support strategic planning and school operations

Requirements

• Highly organized, flexible, and motivated professional
• Experience with school management systems (iSAMS experience is a plus)
• Understanding of timetabling principles
• Strong ability to manage complex data and operational systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within an International Baccalaureate (IB) school environment
• Proven ability to support staff in the use of core school systems
