Data Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and develop the project MIS architecture, integrating data from Ni-kshay, TB Arogya Saathi, and ODK-based field tools
• Create and maintain real-time dashboards to track project KPIs, including TPT initiation, adherence, and completion rates
• Implement MEL protocols, including the development of data collection forms and Standard Operating Procedures for data quality
• Conduct data triangulation and quality assurance audits to ensure completeness, validity, and consistency of reported indicators
• Produce monthly performance analyses and data presentations for review meetings with district and state NTEP officials
• Provide technical support and training to clinic managers and field staff on data recording and ODK tools
• Monitor diagnostic service utilization and track provider retention and beneficiary enrollment patterns
• Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance with PATH and NTEP data protection protocols

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in Statistics, Data Science, Public Health, Health Informatics, or a related field
• 6-8 years of experience in health data management, with 3-4 years specifically in TB programs or public health information systems
• Strong expertise in data analytics and visualization tools such as Advanced Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Proficiency in ODK (Open Data Kit) or similar mobile data collection tools
• Deep understanding of NTEP digital platforms, including Ni-kshay and TB Arogya Saathi
• Ability to travel to field sites in Mumbai and Odisha (approximately 30% of the time)
• Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi is an advantage
