Data Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review Electronic Case Management System and NSO database for timely form submission
• Prepare reports and compile data as requested
• Organize and maintain NFP handouts and written materials
• Manage office functions, including answering calls and directing faxes
• Maintain and order equipment and supplies
• Ensure confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations
• Review TCM enrollment and billing forms for accuracy and submit according to protocols
• Complete all mandated NYC NFP, DOHMH, and NSO trainings

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree and 3 years of progressive clerical/administrative experience (including 1 year in an administrative/supervisory capacity)
• OR Associate degree and 4 years of progressive clerical/administrative experience (including 1 year in an administrative/supervisory capacity)
• OR High school diploma and 5 years of progressive clerical/administrative experience (including 1 year in an administrative/supervisory capacity)
• Must be a permanent employee in the title or reachable on the Principal Administrative Associate Civil Service list
