Data Management Sr Associate

Responsibilities

• Execute study data management tasks including database build testing, data cleaning, query management, reconciliation, and lock preparation
• Support core Data Management roles such as Data Delivery Leads and Database Designers by owning time-sensitive deliverables
• Contribute to the setup and maintenance of EDC/non-CRF data structures, including local labs and coding dictionaries
• Track progress against data management and study timelines, identifying risks and escalating issues with clear documentation
• Coordinate with internal global teams and external partners to ensure efficient delivery of study activities
• Identify opportunities to improve repeatable processes and contribute to team best practices

Requirements

• Master's degree OR Bachelor's degree with 2 years of clinical execution experience OR Associate's degree with 6 years of clinical execution experience OR High school diploma/GED with 8 years of clinical execution experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of work experience in life sciences or a medically related field
• 1 year of biopharmaceutical clinical research experience in a biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO company
• Experience working in Data Management on global clinical trials
