Data Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage organizational data assets, records, and related documentation
• Monitor data quality and support data cleansing, validation, and improvement activities
• Implement and support data management policies, standards, procedures, and governance practices
• Support data classification, integration, reporting, and data lifecycle management activities
• Coordinate with business and technical teams to identify and resolve data-related issues
• Prepare documentation, reports, and process materials related to data management activities
• Assist in ensuring data consistency, accuracy, accessibility, and compliance across systems and platforms
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data governance and data quality processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Data Management or related areas
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data management concepts
• Familiarity with data management processes, standards, and best practices
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional business and technical teams
