Data Management Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of data management strategies following NDMO and DAMA frameworks
• Develop and maintain data governance policies, standards, and procedures
• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to data management teams and stakeholders
• Assess and improve data quality, data architecture, and metadata management practices
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to align data management initiatives with organizational goals
• Conduct data management maturity assessments and recommend improvement plans
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy regulations, and industry standards
• Lead training programs and workshops to build data management capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in data management roles, including senior consulting
• Deep understanding of NDMO and DAMA frameworks
• Proven track record in implementing data governance, data quality, and metadata management
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training capabilities
• Experience with data management tools and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as CDMP or DAMA-DMBOK
