Data Management Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and deployment of features within Commercial Data Platform product teams.
• Oversee the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, testing, and documentation.
• Manage Big Data platform infrastructure leveraging AWS, Airflow, and Databricks.
• Build connected data products to enable insights into prescriber and patient behavior.
• Partner with technology teams to implement advanced capabilities such as automated anomaly detection and Gen AI models.
• Drive the transition and insourcing of operational data management services from external vendors to the India Innovation Center.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment on data governance, system health, and strategic roadmaps.

Requirements

• 8 to 13 years of relevant data management experience.
• Proven experience working within global product teams across different time zones and cultures.
• Expertise in data architecture, data flow design, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Databricks.
• Proficiency in data analysis using SQL, Python, or R.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the life sciences commercial data domain.
• Familiarity with syndicated commercial data sets (e.g., IQVIA).
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance requirements.
• Experience working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
