Data Management Engineer II ETL/IICS Developer

Responsibilities

• Support the development, enhancement, maintenance, and modernization of mission-critical applications for a leading Healthcare Insurance client.
• Analyze incidents, troubleshoot production issues, and drive timely resolution to ensure application stability.
• Perform code changes, defect fixes, and minor enhancements based on business and operational priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, QA, and client stakeholders.
• Participate in application modernization initiatives, including refactoring legacy components and improving performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend preventive improvements.
• Support release activities, validation, and post-deployment monitoring.
• Maintain project documentation, knowledge artifacts, and status updates.
• Lead client engagement workstreams focused on process optimization and transformation.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Informatica PowerCenter and IICS.
• Exposure to Databricks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to travel approximately 10% on average.
