Data Management Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive technology-focused client delivery by designing and implementing complex data management and customer communications solutions.
• Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients, stakeholders, and sponsors.
• Lead workstreams involving business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, and training.
• Develop project scope, schedules, resource plans, and deliverables while monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage project changes, risks, assumptions, constraints, and stakeholder communications throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Requirements

• 4+ years of techno-functional experience with content and customer communications management solutions.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing OpenText Communications (Exstream; version 16.6 or above).
• Experience with OpenText Exstream Cloud Native architecture, deployment, and template development.
• Experience migrating from StreamServe or other legacy customer communications management platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on client needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OpenText integration solutions supporting platforms such as Microsoft 365, SAP, Salesforce, Workday, or Oracle.
• Experience with OpenText Magellan, OpenText Analytics Cloud, or comparable AI-enabled insight platforms.
• Previous consulting experience in client-facing delivery roles.
• Strong presentation skills for both large and small audiences.
