Data Management Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Create new Culinary and Supplier SKUs on the Supplier Planning Service (SPS) tool following Standard Operating Procedures
• Ensure data completeness, accuracy, and correct information flow to stakeholders
• Govern operations by ensuring policies and procedures are followed
• Communicate regularly with Procurement and Supply Chain teams regarding day-to-day concerns and process improvements
• Offboard and deactivate SKUs in alignment with other functions
• Secure alignment with interconnected functions such as SQOC, Product Ops, and tools like JIRA
• Lead data analysis for projects requiring data management support
• Act as a hands-on coach and trainer for other data entry specialists
• Act as a proxy for the Service Package Team Lead when needed

Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous operational and/or purchasing experience
• Data-driven mindset with ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Expertise in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is ideal
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other European languages (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian) is a plus
