Data Management Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage data processes to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of information
• Track data health and performance indicators to identify enhancement opportunities
• Ensure adherence to data privacy laws and security protocols
• Assist clients in developing data strategies, including architecture, quality assurance, and governance
• Establish frameworks for program execution, including business requirement identification and progress tracking
• Conduct assessments of data management compliance and produce findings reports
• Create and maintain data catalogs, data dictionaries, and business glossaries
• Oversee implementation of business intelligence, master data management, and data architecture plans
• Review artifacts related to data architecture

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology
• Advanced knowledge in data management and governance products
• Ability to lead a data management team
• Knowledge of alignment with strategic and operational goals
• Knowledge of relevant technical and national controls and standards
• Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and research methods
• Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
