Data Management Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the design and build of CIB AI/ML Governance executive management reporting and dashboards
• Rollout governance processes by updating documentation, including procedures, charters, and operating models
• Monitor compliance with governance and control requirements and engage stakeholders to remediate issues
• Deliver process automation using industry-standard tooling to reduce manual reviews
• Build and maintain operational dashboards for stakeholders with drill-down views by LOB, data products, and geography
• Design KPIs and create reliable datasets for reporting using BI tools
• Enhance and streamline AI/ML governance by helping to implement the strategic roadmap for governance tooling

Requirements

• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience using Tableau and/or Alteryx
• Prior experience in AI/ML and GenAI delivery within the financial services industry
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for communication and presentation
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with management and diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven, and changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of CIB products and processes
• Technical architecture capabilities
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Python or UiPath
• Experience with other BI tools like Qlik
• Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies and Generative AI
