Data Management Analyst 3

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise-wide data governance, stewardship, and data quality initiatives to ensure data integrity.
• Manage data discovery, profiling, and documentation to support business unit reporting and analytics.
• Define and implement validation and monitoring logic to ensure adherence to key data governance metrics.
• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of data governance frameworks in compliance with GDPR and CCPA.
• Partner with Domain Owners and Data Stewards to define scope, identify Critical Data Elements (CDEs), and establish business glossary definitions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to capture technical lineage and implement data quality controls and dashboards.
• Develop business rules and systems to harmonize and standardize data across the organization.
• Lead the creation and execution of test plans for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on data-centric projects.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in data management or governance.
• Expertise in data governance frameworks and methodologies.
• Proven experience with metadata management, data lineage, and data quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance standards, specifically GDPR and CCPA.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, though extensive related professional experience will be considered.
