About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Data team (Data Analysts and Data Scientists), managing workload and talent development
- Collaborate with Management, User Research, Design, and Production to analyze gameplay mechanics
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support creative and strategic decisions
- Define and champion the Data team vision in alignment with studio and market priorities
- Promote data culture both internally and externally
Requirements
- Experience managing data teams
- Strong communication, mentoring, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, DataBricks, and Excel
- Experience implementing and optimizing recommendation systems
- Initial experience in the video game industry
- Fluency in written and spoken English
