Data Lead

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to Marketing, CRM, Loyalty, Product, and eCommerce leadership to define engagement strategies and KPIs.
• Lead digital analytics strategy using GA4 and Mixpanel to generate actionable customer insights and attribution models.
• Design and optimize customer lifecycle programs, including onboarding, retention, and loyalty engagement via platforms like Blueshift and HubSpot.
• Own and optimize the MarTech ecosystem, including CMS (Contentful), CDP (Segment), and experimentation tools (Optimizely, Kameleoon).
• Establish experimentation frameworks and drive A/B testing programs across digital channels to improve business performance.
• Align cross-functional teams and communicate technical roadmaps to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in MarTech, Digital Analytics, CRM, Loyalty, or related consulting roles within retail or eCommerce.
• Expert-level experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Mixpanel.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and loyalty platforms such as Blueshift, HubSpot, or Annex Cloud.
• Proficiency with Contentful, Segment, Optimizely, or Kameleoon.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, personalization, and experimentation.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within enterprise retail or high-growth eCommerce organizations.
• Knowledge of CDP architecture, customer identity resolution, and event-driven data models.
• Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, and dashboarding platforms.
• Proven track record of building experimentation and personalization capabilities at scale.
