Data Labeling Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and label objects in overhead imagery, video, and text
• Ensure precision in all labeled datasets, including projection systems and spatial relationships
• Apply sound logic to ambiguous cases and document reasoning to maintain consistency
• Proactively communicate progress, challenges, and workflow improvements to project leadership
• Help refine labeling standards and contribute to process automation or quality improvements
• Develop expertise in imagery analysis and machine learning training workflows

Requirements

• Ability to work onsite at the Rhombus Power India facility in Ranchi
• At least an undergraduate degree (please include GPA in CV)
• Hands-on data labeling experience is required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Google tools (Excel, Word, Sheets, etc.)
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with imagery analysis, video, and text labeling
• Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts
