Data Intelligence and Advanced Analytics Manager

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business questions from functions like Sales and Marketing into deployable analytical and intelligent solutions.
• Execute analytical development activities including data preparation, model building, testing, and validation.
• Support the rollout and adoption of intelligent applications by explaining model logic and assumptions to business users.
• Provide user enablement through training materials and guidance to improve digital literacy and tool usage.
• Monitor the day-to-day operation of analytical tools, tracking data quality, system availability, and user engagement metrics.
• Partner with BTS, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure all solutions adhere to data security and governance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in BI and AI tools, including Power BI, ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot.
• Native Chinese language skills and fluency in spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data trends into business signals.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical results in clear business terms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience related to Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) methodologies.
• Familiarity with aesthetics or pharmaceutical business and operation models.
