Data Integrity Specialist

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and respond to client data inquiries regarding trends, applications, and methodologies via email or the customer portal.
• Ensure all inquiry resolutions meet established Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.
• Perform weekly proactive analysis of key client markets and promoted products to identify and correct data anomalies.
• Conduct quality checks on supplier management reports and provide necessary sign-offs.
• Collaborate with internal departments to validate and correct database issues.
• Provide formal written communications regarding the cause, status, and resolution of data issues to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and contribute to process improvement opportunities to enhance data quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to process and understand large data sets to identify patterns and trends.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization.
• Ability to comprehend complex concepts and technical processes.
• Ability to deal tactfully with internal and external clients via email or phone.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of IQVIA syndicated sales and prescription data.
• In-depth understanding of the US pharmaceutical industry and market dynamics.
