Data/Information Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor program communication by preparing reports and data visualizations to track performance metrics and stakeholder engagement
• Conduct data analytics to synthesize reports, timelines, and trends to support leadership decision-making
• Create and maintain information systems to compile, integrate, and archive critical data from numerous sources
• Assist in the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and close-out, using visual displays
• Generate documentation and reports associated with project objectives and coordinate stakeholder briefings
• Schedule and conduct coordination meetings, develop agendas, and track action items for resolution
• Communicate timely with management and clients regarding major initiatives or decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in program/project coordination and data systems management
• 3+ years of experience with Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent visualization and database applications
• Experience in the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and testing
• Strong data analytics skills with the ability to perform trend analysis on cost, schedule, and risk indicators
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat Professional
• Ability to obtain a Confidential security clearance (requires U.S. citizenship)

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in data analytics or project management (e.g., PMP, CAP, or CSM)
• Prior experience managing program data for DoD or government entities
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, or similar scripting languages
• Familiarity with web-automation tools such as RobotFramework
