Data Governance Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead data governance initiatives using Informatica IDMC (CDGC) aligned with business goals
• Design, implement, and oversee data governance frameworks within hybrid PowerCenter and AWS Cloud ecosystems
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to define and deliver solutions related to IDMC CDGC
• Provide subject matter expertise in CDGC, data integration, lineage, and metadata management
• Drive PII identification, classification, and protection strategies to ensure compliance with GDPR and CCPA
• Implement privacy-by-design frameworks and define data retention, archival, and lifecycle policies
• Partner with security and business teams to enforce governance controls and ensure scalable enterprise data platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise data ecosystems
• Minimum 5+ years in data governance or data architecture roles
• Hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC (CDGC)
• Proven experience working with PowerCenter and AWS environments
• Strong leadership skills and experience driving enterprise-level data initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the telecommunications domain
• Proven track record of implementing enterprise-wide governance frameworks
• Deep knowledge of global data privacy regulations
