Data Governance - Collibra Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data catalog and lineage solutions using Collibra
• Develop and maintain metadata management frameworks and standards across the organization
• Enable end-to-end data lineage across cloud and on-premise systems
• Integrate metadata and lineage capabilities into AWS-based data platforms and Snowflake environments
• Identify and classify PII (Personally Identifiable Information) to ensure compliance with data protection policies
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure data is discoverable, trusted, and compliant
• Drive adoption of data governance frameworks and best practices

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Collibra (Data Catalog & Lineage modules)
• Solid understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices
• Experience with AWS data architecture (e.g., S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda)
• Expertise in Snowflake and relational databases
• Proven experience in implementing data lineage and metadata management solutions
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale data governance transformations
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to data privacy and compliance
• Certifications in Collibra, AWS, or Data Governance
