Data Governance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support Global Procurement by enabling trusted, standardized, and AI-ready procurement data to drive productivity and business value.
• Execute day-to-day data governance activities, including stewardship support, data quality monitoring, and remediation tracking.
• Define and maintain governance artifacts such as business glossaries, critical data elements, and business rules.
• Perform hands-on procurement master data cleanup and standardization for supplier, category, material, and contract data.
• Support GP KPI frameworks by ensuring metric definitions, data sources, and calculations are standardized and auditable.
• Partner with analytics and AI teams to ensure procurement data is structured, labeled, and governed for advanced analytics use cases.
• Act as a liaison between procurement business teams, Analytics, AI, Master Data, and IT functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in data governance, data quality, analytics, or reporting roles.
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms, specifically Snowflake.
• Practical experience with Master Data Management (MDM) and data quality operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or certification in data management, analytics, or governance.
• Experience in Procurement or Supply Chain domains.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Exposure to AI, advanced analytics, or data readiness initiatives.
