About the role
Responsibilities
- Post laboratory results and support clinic registration
- Greet patients and assist with front-desk service
- Collect fingerstick specimens and perform phlebotomy as needed
- Recall patients with reactive results by text, phone, and email
- Follow up on missed appointments and rescheduling
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree or equivalent education/experience
- Health education, health, social, or biological science background
- Experience in health promotion or disease intervention/prevention
- CPR/BLS certification
- Clerical, registration, and patient communication skills
