Data Entry Specialist

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter program, participant, and operational information into designated databases
• Review source documents for completeness and consistency prior to entry
• Maintain strict confidentiality of participant information and Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA
• Conduct routine quality assurance checks to identify and resolve data discrepancies
• Collaborate with operational teams to support program reporting and record reconciliation
• Follow standardized workflows and documentation procedures to ensure data integrity

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year of data entry, administrative, or healthcare support experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Outlook
• Strong typing, keyboarding, and computer skills
• Ability to work in an active airport environment
• Ability to pass a thorough criminal background check
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
• Previous experience with electronic health records or healthcare information systems
• Experience handling PHI or working within HIPAA compliance frameworks
• Experience in high-volume data entry environments
• Bilingual or multilingual language skills
