About the role

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, validate, and maintain program, participant, and operational information in designated databases
  • Review source documents for completeness and consistency prior to entry
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of participant information and Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA
  • Conduct routine quality assurance checks to identify and resolve data discrepancies
  • Collaborate with operational teams to support program reporting and record reconciliation
  • Follow standardized workflows and documentation procedures to ensure data integrity

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year of experience in data entry, administration, healthcare support, or records management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Outlook
  • Strong typing skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work in an active airport environment
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to pass a thorough criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
  • Previous experience handling Protected Health Information (PHI) or working with electronic health records
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and privacy compliance requirements
  • Experience in healthcare, public health, or airport operations
  • Bilingual or multilingual language skills
