Data Entry Specialist

Responsibilities

• Accurately input, update, and maintain data across multiple systems
• Support logistics and account management teams with daily scheduling and load entry
• Track and resolve shipment issues and data discrepancies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, organize, and validate information
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist with implementing best practices
• Utilize Microsoft Office and internal systems to support daily logistics operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Superior interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional education in data management or a related field
• Previous experience in data entry, tracking, or administrative support
