Data Entry Operator

Responsibilities

• Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry
• Enter purchase order details, vendor data, quantities, and pricing into prescribed databases
• Verify data accuracy and correct errors to ensure data integrity
• Maintain logs and records of purchases, deliveries, and invoices
• Update supplier lists regularly as directed by the Procurement Officer
• Scan documents into the document management system and retrieve information upon request
• Respond to data and file requests from internal teams
• Ensure compliance with company data integrity and security policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spelling, grammar, and punctuation)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive data

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in data entry or clerical work
• Experience in UAE-based office environments
• Formal computer training
