Data Entry Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load customer data into the SaaS platform.
• Lead legacy migrations to ensure historical data remains intact, compatible, and accurate.
• Manage multiple data sources and resolve formatting conflicts during the loading process.
• Perform precision data entry for text and numerical information where automation is not available.
• Handle sensitive HR and customer data with high discretion and strict adherence to security protocols.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support data-related needs and identify automation opportunities.
• Support the development of internal AI and LLM tools for data verification and validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in data engineering or data integration.
• Proficiency in Python programming and experience working with REST API endpoints.
• Proven experience with ETL tools and data migration processes.
• C1 to Native level of Spanish (written and spoken).
• B2 level of English for internal communications.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building Data or LLM pipelines.
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Familiarity with Jira Software and Jira Service Management.
• Experience with SaaS data structures.
• Previous experience in data entry, operations, or customer-related roles.
