Data Entry Clerk

Responsibilities

• Manage the integrated commercial system and vending information systems to facilitate channel administration
• Develop and print periodic operational reports for vending coordinators and sales managers
• Process client registrations (onboarding and offboarding) within the vending system
• Handle daily incidence reports from handheld terminals and communicate them to leadership
• Manage the reception of data from handheld terminals and track the delivery of vending machine keys
• Process requests for vending machines, snacks, and beverages, routing them to the appropriate departments
• Create preliminary entries and reservations within the SAP system
• Provide customer service by resolving technical failures, service requests, or complaints via telephone
• Maintain strict confidentiality of information and comply with all internal company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical degree (Preparatoria o carrera técnica)
• 1 year of experience in sales
• 1 year of experience using information systems
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (Sistema de Gestión Integral)
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP software
• Proficiency in administrative control and electronic systems
• Experience in customer service and consumer attention
