Data Engineering Specialist

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain robust data pipelines using GCP (BigQuery, Composer), Airflow, and Terraform.
• Support analytics and machine learning projects by ensuring clean, accessible data across platforms.
• Automate and optimize ETL processes using Python and tools like DBT and FiveTran.
• Ensure data quality and reliability using tools like Soda for validation and monitoring.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Improve data acquisition and analytical tasks to simplify self-service support for data analysts.
• Document large data sets and assist with initial data exploration for data science purposes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a data engineering or related technical role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with GCP and Terraform.
• English language proficiency at a B2 level (upper-intermediate).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
