About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of data engineers, modelers, and analysts to develop seamless data flows and deploy data products
- Manage and optimize data architecture and ensure high data quality
- Design and implement ETL processes and maintain data engineering architecture
- Conduct market research to present innovative solutions like GenAI and automation to client decision makers
- Manage project financial outcomes including labor cost forecasting and new work estimation
- Oversee project staffing including hiring, interviewing, and performance management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years of experience managing a team, project, or program
- 7 years of experience leading data-driven projects (data warehouse, analytics, transformation, or ETL)
- 5 years of experience supporting information systems in the public health domain
- 5 years of experience leading Agile delivery (SAFE, SCRUM, etc.)
- 5 years of experience managing project financial outcomes
- 5 years of experience managing project staffing
- US Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Degree
- 15+ years of industry experience
- Experience with AWS cloud architecture
- Experience with Python data modeling
- Experience with MicroStrategy reporting
