Data Engineering Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex UI applications using ReactJS and modern frontend technologies
• Build high-performance data pipelines, lakehouse architectures, and distributed processing solutions
• Define and enforce frontend architecture, design patterns, and coding standards
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, and backend teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers through code reviews and design reviews
• Drive adoption of modern UI frameworks, component libraries, and automation tools
• Ensure high code quality through automated testing, unit testing, and CI/CD integration
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in software or data engineering
• Strong expertise in enterprise data platforms including Snowflake and Databricks
• Proven experience designing cloud-native data solutions on Azure
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and scalable solution architecture
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern frontend development
• Solid understanding of Git workflows and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and system design

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft Azure
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot to improve productivity
• Experience building and optimizing microservices and containerized applications
• Active participation in technical communities or contributions to open-source projects
