Data Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver data-driven solutions using Microsoft Azure and SQL Data Analytics technologies
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure high-quality solution delivery
• Support and contribute to development activities, including coding, testing, and deployment
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and external professional communities

Requirements

• Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query
• Strong Data Modelling and Data Warehouse Design principles
• Expertise in T-SQL and Azure Data Factory
• Experience with Azure Databricks
• Knowledge of Data Architecture and Master Data Management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL Server and other BI/Data Visualisation tools
• Knowledge of PowerApps and Analysis Services
• Proficiency in R or Python
• Experience with Azure Synapse and Azure Analytics Services
• Familiarity with the full Data Analytics stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS)
• Microsoft certification
