Data Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build, optimize, and future-proof modern data platforms in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, and Databricks
• Assist customers with new development and migration of existing solutions to the cloud
• Work within team deliveries to influence the entire analysis chain, from data collection and modeling to visualization and decision support

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Data Engineer
• Focus on Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, and/or Azure Databricks
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with Notebooks
• Experience with medallion architecture or equivalent
• Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a consultant, architect, or in sales
• Experience with Data Warehouse (SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, stored procedures, views, tabular models)
• Experience with Power BI and semantic models
• Proficiency in Python, DevOps, Git, and Bitbucket
• Knowledge of modeling (e.g., Kimball)
• Experience with AI or Data Science projects
