Data Engineer - Qlik Replicate

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data replication solutions using Qlik Replicate
• Configure Change Data Capture (CDC) processes for real-time replication
• Administer replication tasks across multiple on-premise and cloud platforms
• Monitor and optimize the performance of data loads and flows
• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to connectivity, latency, performance, and data consistency
• Participate in database migration projects and analytical platform modernization
• Implement failover strategies and operational continuity for integration processes
• Document architectures, configurations, operating procedures, and best practices
• Collaborate with architects, data engineers, DBAs, and infrastructure teams
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data quality policies

Requirements

• Intermediate English proficiency
• Availability to work onsite in Monterrey, Mexico
• Expertise in Qlik Replicate (administration, configuration, and monitoring)
• Strong knowledge of CDC (Change Data Capture) and real-time data integration
• Experience with ETL / ELT, Data Warehousing, and Data Lakes
• Experience with at least three of the following: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, IBM Db2, or SAP HANA
• Advanced SQL skills
• Proficiency in Shell Scripting (Bash) and PowerShell
• Experience with Git version control
• Knowledge of hybrid and multicloud architectures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Lake Storage)
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools
