Data Engineer (Platform & AI Enablement)

Responsibilities

• Design and implement reusable tools, automations, and components to accelerate data solution development.
• Optimize data platform processes to improve scalability, stability, and operational efficiency.
• Develop solutions that reduce development lead times and minimize manual tasks within the data ecosystem.
• Implement monitoring, observability, and continuous improvement capabilities for the platform.
• Collaborate with Data, AI, Architecture, and Technology teams to drive automation and technological evolution.
• Identify opportunities for innovation within the data ecosystem and promote the use of AI capabilities.

Requirements

• Degree in Systems, Software, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, Backend Engineering, or technological platform automation.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, APIs, and cloud integrations.
• Experience working with AWS services, process automation, CI/CD, and orchestration tools.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Airflow, Docker, and Git.
• Knowledge of data platforms, observability, monitoring, and scalable solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automation and the development of reusable components.
• Familiarity with AI tools and integrating AI capabilities into data workflows.
